Firstly, thank you to everybody who came along to the meeting, and for taking part so cogently and vociferously. It sent a very clear message to Dorset Council Planning Department!
The reasons for this document are two-fold. Firstly, it fulfils a request for clarity on just what is meant by “Material Considerations” (to which there were many references), and secondly, it is to provide – again, as requested – a summary of the main comments or points made. It is not intended to be verbatim minutes!
